Wow. Great points all around. I don't get mad about other people's opinions. But I had stopped caring about them and have started to feel a reluctance to even share my own recently. You have made me think of things a bit differently. There is possibly value in understanding why people like or don't like music even though it doesn't change how I feel about it, that's not the point.
