I feel like most hip-hop fans went through that same exact rollercoaster with Royce's career. And rightfully so IMO, to an extent. You kinda hit the high points for the most part.
Like I'd say "Success is Certain" was a high point for him but not everybody felt that way. And obviously the Bad Meets Evil album was ass.
So there were some missteps, but I just feel like there's been very few, if any, MCs who have been this far into their careers and have found a way to grow like he has IMO.
