Bandana instrumentals one of my fav releases of this year so far.
1000% correct that can hear more layers in the instrumentals,
I’m guessing due to mix of Gibbs vocals just sort of sitting on top the beats for lack of better wording. This is how his vocals are mixed on all his albums.

Massage seats is one of my favorite beats in a while.
The 2nd half of Flat Tummy Tea is a great Dilla tribute.
