When was the last tie you witnessed; strings, horns, piano and woodwinds at a Hip-Hop Concert? Fresh off of SOLD OUT performances in Austin and San Antonio, Thee Phantom & The Illharmonic Orchestra return to New York to rock at the famed B.B. King Blues Club & Grill in Times Square!
