I do agree that it's annoying that you're not able to listen to it like you can with a podcast. Even though I try to tune in when it's streaming (mostly while driving) and record them, I'm not sure that I've been able to listen to a single episode all the way through from start to finish. I've definitely heard all of some of the episodes, but not linearly lol.
