I think when it's ALL making fun of rap culture it's just not fun to me. When there's some actual songwriting in other songs it's a little eaiser for me to rock with.

There's rappers that do parody type stuff, like Homeboy Sandman for example....but he always does it in a way that says "this thing I'm making fun of.....but BUT I GOT SOMETHING BETTER THAN THAT THO" and with Dicky in the few songs I've heard I haven't heard the other side.

I haven't listened to Dicky's album yet, but I have a friend who's a diehard....so I will eventually. Hopefully there's other ideas on the album besides The Earth Song and the I switched bodies with Chris Brown joints.

Also, Asher Roth has an album dropping in a week (at least he did before the country went to shit) and I'm looking forward to it. I haven't heard anything from Dicky that fucking with what I heard on Pabst & Jazz....that's just me tho.
