The Shed is a bi-weekly jam session catering to New York City's hottest Soul, Hip Hop & Jazz musicians. The showcase is a platform for progressive music as well as a place for artist to build their chops. While occasionally heating the stage himself The Shed's host Anu~Sun (a drummer, producer, songwriter who has worked with the likes of Robert Glasper, Luke James and Omar Lyefook) will introduce you to some of New York's finest underground talent, rising stars and surprise guest. Anu is joined by his two lovely co-host Bria Monèt & Augi in this endeavor who are both vocal and songwriting powerhouses in their own right. To sweeten the deal Silvana happens to serve some of Harlem's best drinks, hookah and Middle Eastern cuisine. In short it's a "win, win" situation so swing thru and let's hang! See you there!
