2882381, What are some of the best produced rap albums? (Livin' Proof inspired) Posted by Nick Has a Problem...Seriously, Wed Apr-23-14 02:21 PM
Removing the emcee completely out of the equation, what rap albums are on par with Livin' Proof production-wise? I'm shocked at how much I love that album even with a mediocre rapper that should ruin the listening experience (I'm talking Melachi. Fuck what you heard. Dap was solid). List some rap albums where the producer was the star of the show.

I can understand why some love it and others pooh-pooh it, but from a musical standpoint, it was pretty hard to eff with

I know a lot of people ride for Freddie Gibbs but he's a pretty mediocre MC in my opinion but Madlib's production takes that album to another level.
