all can make claims as his best albums/
his stuff with Neil young back in the 60's was on point. White cane was tight.
Rick was just a better well rounded Musical artist than Prince IMO. Rick went through all the red tape with the labels and also he tried different styles and he could play and write in different genres as well.
Rick was scary versatile and yet so soulful.
