just works for me...I can listen to it on loop without skipping much outside of the title track..and even then, it ain't like I can say I don't like that song. Most of those songs are both immediately likeable and rewarding to listen to all the way through with the little changes, hooks, bridges, etc. He knocked those songs out of the park. I can catch myself air-guitaring, singing, and/or half-dancing along to these songs regularly. I'm just stuck on this album right now.

I'm seeing him live in September and I'm amped about it cuz I think he's a big enough music nerd to throw in crazy covers that I'll appreciate. And I expect the band to be tight. Pharrell's songs...whoo! It is like Pharrell should just create songs like those for himself and then give them to Mayer to perform/tweak every time.
