My final thoughts; if smashing a guitar is the worst this guy can do over the course of a 40 year career, i'll take it. Asshole move, def, was it a hit an run, DUI, manslaughter, pedi type shit...strung out on drugs etc...Kirk needs to stop whining though. coming off badly for him esp if dude apologized and said he'd take care of it..
