Yella was clearly the Ringo in the band. Personally, I'd call Ren the G. Harrison of the group... except that he never made an "¤ All things must pass". And where does Eazy fit in? Maybe you could say that Eazy was the McCartney and Ice Cube the Lennon with Dre being the Harrison-basically, the guy that held the background but delivered the strongest solo-album (of course, *I* think Ice Cube made better albums than ''the Chronic'' but general/populist modern day opinion thinks otherwise)...
