Plus Welcome 2 Detroit is a part of that time frame, along with the B-Side Move, Bahamadia's One-4-Teen, The SV Trinity tracks, Let's Grow, Spacek's Eve Remix, and the handful of solid cuts on 48 Hrs like Keep It Coming, Ma Dukes and so on.

That said, I will admit that there were some duds on 48 Hrs. And the Peer Pressure track for De La and the beats he gave Kweli for Quality never really did much for me. But still, to call that whole time frame "wack" is a bit much.
