This is from a Hiphopsite.com giveaway they did some years back called "The $6 Mix" - get it, spend $6, you get a free mixtape.
This particular mix was called THE FEELING, it was mixed by Phoreyz and Max Bedroom. The intro I'm assuming is from the mix and not the song, and it cuts off at the end, but considering how long folks have been looking for this track, I'm assuming this is as good as it's gonna get for a while.
