like you apply for a position in the lesson with a résumé and cover letter...
reg, dan and myself mull over your qualifications and if we deem you a suitable candidate we contact you and arrange an interview over skype.
the questions range from: what in your mind constitutes a good thread? to what is your biggest musical guilty pleasure?
from there, we ask for 3 references or emails of recommendation from mods of lesson competitors.
and if you are deemed a "right fit" for the position available we contact you before the last business day of the week the interview was conducted in with a okayplayer company passkey for access.
