it WAS very different than most shit dropping at the same time

especially as a new york record

but I think that was the point

they were trying to get cats crunk for the revolution lol

so they used a ride-out bassline with some crunk ass drums

I think the similarities to dubstep end there cause dubstep isn't really danceable in the same way

I agree that it has more in line with the energy it's trying to build with jungle, and drum n bass

which are predecessors of dubstep
