Pretending that's in the category of Ready To Die, The Chronic, Low End & a host of other canonical/widely-accepted classics is doing too much.
Pac was a songs artist more than an albums artist, there's no shame in that. It's a byproduct of the torrid pace he worked, a rap James Brown if you will.
I find most of his biggest fans consume his music in that same fashion, I got dudes that will damn near fight me for not having Pac on my short list of MCs but I can't remember the last time any of them put on Me Against The World & let that shit ride front-to-back in my presence.
And when he was alive I heard Strictly & the double-album more.
