He's in my 5. I'd only consider Pac firmly better.

His range was pretty sick..especially considering his catalog is about 100 songs deep. And his stuff holds up damn near 20 years later as slick, smart, hilarious, and just generally dope as all get out. He has to be top 10 overall unless cats are giving to much credit to cats who had less range or less overall to his work so his 'lyrix!' or his 'flow' or his 'catalog' is the focus. Chopping cats down to their first three albums makes the competition a whole lot different. Problem now though...judging a cat like BIG vs a dude now who has 100 songs every two years is just tough to do.
