Pac only released 3 albums in that time period of when Biggie released 2 when both were actively in the game. Strictly 4 My Niggaz was released a year before Biggie even released his own. And while a great work ethic does count so does quality. And about how many of those 3 Pac albums get counted for as a classics? At least 1, so it could arguably be tied between (how many classics either has) the two of them for that. And besides, while Pac put out more albums, it won't like Big won't working. Biggie was writing/working for/with Junior Mafia who put out an album and Kim's first album along with doing the guest feature thing on tracks.
