And their new success is much deserved because Tyler learned their lesson: just shuttup and make beats and let people rap to them.
The problem was all of the fuss; Tyler's obsession with alienating his fans, who they are being compared to, pop culture, etc...the pressure was too much and their post Yonkers-2011 projects were all awful.
2012 approaches and things change-
Hodgy has that mixtapes (featuring all non OF-beats, easily the best beats he's ever rapped over)
The Mixtape Volume 2 comes out, featuring some organic OF sounding music, no responding to anyone, little bit of whining, little fussing
The results? A solid effort (not in the 'Bastard' or 'Earl' class, but solid) that people purchase and enjoy
