This is what I will say...

MJ's vocals were otherworldly as a young kid and as a teen...He was singing some of the soul greats of that time under a table....His stage game was vastly better than Bieber's, too...So no...he wasn't on Mike's level in that regard...

BUT....

The one big difference between them at their respective career points is Bieber can actually play instruments...For his age, he's pretty good on drums and can play an actual tune on guitar...In this day and age, that's an aberration....

What does this all mean? Nothing, if Bieber doesn't have the right material...But if you judge him on the same path as say Justin Timberlake, then he does have a chance to extend his career if he has the right people around him...
