as far as their production goes, a lot of people differ on how they view what shins music "should" sound like to them.
most people would probably say that they'd be better off stripped-down and lo-fi like they used to be. i'm kinda in the minority where i like their more slickly produced stuff better. their last effort 'wincing the night away' especially.
