but my impression is that "techincal ability"
includes things like flow, delievery,
and the ability to make all of the sylablles fall in the right place.


admitedly, there is some overlap with charisma,
but it's not as simple as "write it down on a piece of paper
and see if it works as literature."


sure, that's a part of technical ability,
but i don't think that's all there is.

how much you value that is, of course, a matter
of personal preference.
