that is not acclimated with hip hop will assume this is what you represent. Also, can you say you are a fan of a genre if 95% of it is unlistenable to you? I like sample-based (and skillfully found samples from a passionate dedication to digging, history and respect...or just original) hip hop, with emcees that create trends rather than follow. The "freshness" which embodies the previously made qualities is what caught my ear to begin with. I like music that sounds like it was made as art first instead of made to sell first.
