after that awkward yet silly little vocal hook.
2666196, when is Damon gonna switch producers?
Posted by Duval Spit, Wed Feb-22-12 11:55 PM
well done to Andre though.
He still has the best musical references... McCoy Tyner, Dana Dane... awesome.
2666199, he's been self-producing gorillaz since plastic beach.

You realize Damon is one of the producers right?

He practically is Gorillaz.

Not enough J murph on the song though but you can hear the influence and mix between the gorillaz and lcd soundsystem.
2667202, He also helped produce Blur and The Good, The Bad & The Queen

At least one has to assume.

Still, there is a drastic change in sound from the self-titled album (and its remix album for that matter) to the Danger Mouse produced material. One is much more bass heavy and relies on dub influences, the other is driven by synthesizers and prominent but plastic snares.

Also not surprising is the resemblance that "Demon Days" shares with "Danger Doom."

All that aside, I was unaware that Danger didn't produce "Plastic Beach" and I still haven't heard "The Fall," it is good to know that my lingering question was answered.
