Milt's CTI albums are really underrated. Sure they all take that stock Creed Taylor approach in that there's not many original tunes and all of the songs have the big, lush orchestrations and arrangements. But it works for Milt. Goodbye has always been favorite of his CTI records, but Olinga is probably the funkiest.

Really good album. I think I've said this before (maybe even to you) but I really think 70's Mingus is some of his best work.
