I know people who'd think that free jazz or death metal would blow up if the record-labels would push it and it's just too fucking stupid (and I'm a fan of those genres BTW). some music just isn't for ''everyone'' and some music is. Adele obviously belongs in the latter category and trying to make it all about marketing or brainwashing or whatever just doesn't work...
