a good example of a recent one is the Jake One/Freeway jaint, and to me it's his best overall album

I agree with one exception most of Kanye's work has been co-produced or has him rapping over beats another producer did that he MAY have added gloss to

I think that single producer albums with short tracklistings make the best music, with Moment Of Truth and Mecca being the two exceptions that come to mind
