I definitely believe that Whitney has blown, sniffed herself out of her fortune but she still has money aka royalties coming in monthly but she just went beyond what she has and is now in debt.

Until she sells all her homes, vehicles, jewels, clothing, furniture, and moves into a smaller home or apartment, she has money but not broke.
