I think it was supposed to be called "Heat," and the video was going to be a reenactment of the shootout on the L.A. streets from the film of the same name.

I'm guessing at some point Priority envisioned it as a hit single to set of "Rasassination," somehow got Dre to rhyme on it, and threw on label-mate Mack 10 for good measure. I'd rather have heard Saafir and Xzibit (both on a tear at the time) on it.
