Buy, because *IF* his album actually does come out in October it's going to be a cotdamn event. Unlike, say, a canibus, Jay Elec seems more than capable of justifying the hype and even exceeding it. Dude's a beast and while he's not the most industrious, historically he's put out nothing but heat as far as i'm concerned.
