To me the only other artist that matches Prince's run is Stevie....

James and Miles are in a whole other category....Those dudes changed the course of music so many times that they are beyond this discussion...We talking about two cats that invented the wheel...lol..They r beyond EVERYONE...

MJ's run from 79 onward was indeed great...But he didn't release the same amount of material that Stevie and Prince did during their GOAT runs...

Mike was a dude that was more about making "Event" statements...Two albums a decade type steeze...He was that live..lol...And at times I loved MJ for it and at times I thought he could do so much more...

But hey, that's just me...
