Insecurity? lol...

Man...the music business is filled with Alpha Males who wanted it their way or the high way....But before we get into that laundry list, let's keep it real....

There is a complete difference between someone being an asshole (Prince) vs. someone who at times used the talents and songwriting and input of someone and took 99.9 percent of the money (George Clinton)...

You think Prince telling Jam & Lewis that they won't make it without them was cruel? lol..Try co-writing a song (songs) with George/James Brown or coming up with the music for certain tracks BY YOURSELF and then not getting paid for your work at all...

I mean, Prince basically created a group for his friend (Morris) with the intention of said group (The Time) being an outlet for his R&B fantasies...Prince didn't allow the guys to contribute because it was always understood it was his show...It was his concept...His music, his lyrics, ect...

This^^^ain't shit compared to....

(the aforementioned0 James Brown--Who regularly docked his band members pay, not because they were fucking up, but because he didn't want to pay them...

And there's more to that list...Miles Davis, George C., Axl Rose, Eddie Van Halen, Phil, Specter, DeVante Swing ect......All folks who made it their business to keep the spotlight and and most of the money...

Music Business 101....
