almost jazz-scat way while knowing exactly where to be on the beat.
That has nothing to do with 'personality' & everything to do with him being blessed with unique vocal abilities while also taking a musician-type of approach to rap as a guy who soaks up music like a sponge plus did tons of production work.
This post is getting dumber by the minute.
Mr. Cheeks got by on personality/charisma, Q-Tip was/is a legitimately great MC/artist.
