the fact it's just a repetitive loop of some agreeable sounding music with some speaking here and there. Nothing about it grabs the listener. Sounds like they're trying to be cute and clever or slick.

That's why De la "3 feet..." is tops, cause their vibe seemed real. Most "creative" type hip-hop acts got some phonyness to me-they're good, but some songs seem like "we're being cute/clever here!!!"

I really don't like that "damn,damn,damn,damn" thing too on "spottieottie..."
