As I'm in the process of FINALLY re-launching the Fresh Selects site on March 1st (big ups to FWMJ for all his help on the new design),
I'm going to be doing a few pre-launch posts in the meantime

The latest one went up today - it comes from Low Budget Crew member, DJ RODDYROD,
& is an album sampler for his upcoming EP, entitled Vudu.For.U
in which he chops up, loops, and generally just does what Roddy does - to the classic D'Angelo album, Voodoo

Included in the sampler are 4 instrumental tracks - one of which, "Line Dance," was first heard on Digital Hustle's Behind The Beats YouTube series' feature on Rod, which is included in the FRSH SLCTS post, along with another bonus download featuring Tableek from Maspyke

Also, if you scroll back through to most recent posts,
you can see all the videos that have been released so far from the concert series that I threw in Portland during my year-off hiatus from the site,
including Erykah Badu, Blu, Bilal, Quadron and more
