His part in The Corner was the finest acting of his career, he brought so much depth and humanity to that role. Funny people always kill it in those types of roles, and apparently he did a lot to get black actors a break.

even though he was only in one or 2 episodes.
I vaguely remember him on The Corner but I need to go back and watch it. Haven’t seen that show in a long time.

because I would’ve remembered that shit.
Damn, had no idea half the cast of The Wire was in this.
My wife saw a lady and said “damn, guess she didn’t make the cut” and I had to remind her she was the lady in the community center telling the cop she wasn’t done talking.
That mall scene to jail scene. Even tho it was mentioned in here I still laughed loud af.
