You think the defense is not going to pull that card?

There’s folks asking why Cassie stayed based on the defenses questions. They not asking why would diddy do that girl like that. The grand majority of people see him as a monster so they not questioning his ways. They might go eww/yuck and label him but they not expecting him to not be a monster and rt now this case has way too many eww and finger pointing shits&giggles moments.

A murder case on the other hand would be taken more seriously, particularly the murder of a mother of 4 by her long term abusive boyfriend. In this situation Al’s testimony would be much more stronger because he had a positive relationship with Kim and was building a better one with his sons. Even if the diddy’s defense were to come at Al, the deadbeat trope wouldn’t hold much weight especially with Al being a witness to how diddy treated her.

Hopefully the sexual assault case solidly impacts a murder case against diddy.
