It'll be interesting to see how this plays out, what sort of evidence comes out during the case.
Also, the case mentions there were hostile working conditions and the family paying the employees less than minimum wage.

If he was paying them for it and then now they see a new window to extract a lot of cash out of him because of changing views and other cases with this stuff, I think that's something different.
Probably somewhere in between.
I don't think there is a 70+ Black man in the music industry who doesn't have this sort of dirt on him, if they live long enough they will eventually become the villain.
