Some offer bells and whistles that aren't necessary to create and store secure passwords/passphrases;other than that, you're talking about commodity security applications (as far as most people are concerned / care).
But it's more about how you use them as a user than anything else. Use a strong master passphrase, use 2fa,jack up the iteration count (there should be a security option to do this)...and have a plan to monitor and change passwords when (not if) your solution gets hacked (but the pros outweighs this risk)
