My son is looking for a studio to 1 bd rm apartment (NOT A ROOM), between $800-$1100, in a decent neighborhood in the following areas Decatur, Atlanta (east, west, north), College Park, GA.
Credit and rental history are superb.
And yes I tried to get him to purchase a condo but he just aint ready :(
