I regret reaching out. I chased his love and affection for 29 years and decided to stop in 2013. I was never intending on reaching out but I did based on other people’s opinion that I would regret not doing so. At least I can say that I proved them wrong - all those who made out like I needed to put in work to have a relationship with him when it should have been the other way around. Like I said, this aint no movie. Things don’t always have a happy ending.
