13490968, Mental Health Issues rears its head again

And not to make light of it, it is 100% the number one issue facing young people today. It's a crisis. And it shows up in a lot of ways and one way it shows up a lot of young people aren't equipped to be in critical work environments.

Screamers are gone in most of the more button up places but you won't be rid of people who are demanding, highly critical and not even being thoughtful about the best way to be critical. In other words, there will always be jerks in the workplace.

I don't know the whole story hear but without more detail it sounds a lot like a lot of work environments in the city.

This line stuck out to me:

"“The producers felt this pressure, and that translated down to all of their employees. People that worked under them then felt this pressure that if you made one mistake, you were gone and would be easily replaced,” one former employee says. “You have all these NBC pages in the building who are ready, willing, and waiting to take your job.”"

Folks felt easily replaceable because they were easily replaceable. It's just a fact working in that type of environment. It's a hard fact for most people to deal with and maybe everyone isn't cut out to work in that type of environment.
