i already knew about sample libraries, sample packs, etc. cuz i have multiple producer friends who do them and are very successful with #1 songs from their work.

however, i did not know, until i randomly ran across a tik tok from the vocalist, that there's like vocal sample makers who make vocal samples for producers to flip. she did the little vocal sample that starts the track and runs through it.

that was really interesting to me.
