Jay is Jay, a hustler from day one and has taken it to the highest levels.

It's cool if you don't find them entertaining, but thinking there is something special about the way you've been programmed to carry yourself in the workplace... lol

It's just not their burden to bear. If you're taking care of your responsibilities as a man it's perfectly ok to be who you are.

for them to "clean up". If you haven't seen them somewhere, they probably turned it down. They've shouted out tons of sports personalities, and appeared on Stephen A Smith show. I don't see them appearing on Inside the NBA helping either side. It can be argued that what they do diminishes the appeal of shows like Inside the NBA. Inside the NBA is the source of a lot of semi inappropriate comedy gold. Cam & Mase get as inappropriate as they want.

Besides, real sports fans don't want cleaned up anything. Who gave you that idea?

Stephen A went on there pretty early so I don't think it will blow back on him but I think brands (people and companies) of Stephen A's stature and bigger will think twice about being directly affiliated with the show now.

But ultimately it really depends on Cam's goal. If he's trying to make as much as possible, as soon as possible, he's gotta play that corporate game.

If he still wants to grow the idea but keep control of it, then he can do it more slowly... take his time to define the show as a brand and then see if there are ways to expand into similar fields. Dave Portnoy is probably as "irreverent" as Cam and BarStool makes ALOT of money (funny thing is that he did eventually sellout and the sports betting company eventually said, no thanks, we going ESPN lol)

OR if he just wants to big enough to get some interesting people on the show while kicking it with Mase, he can just do what he's been doing.

So it's pretty funny to hear the generic "they gotta play ball if they really wanna get big" replies. All these corporate people care about is money, and how much censorship do you think gamblers who watch games socially want?

seems like when you try to clean it up or go large it rarely works out because you lose control and white folk start telling you what to do.
