Sounds like some of y'all are expecting to present yourselves for regular corporate jobs.
Edit: He also wants people who are excited about working with him - probably because you can see his brand/business growing in the future (potential) rather than a good salary RIGHT NOW.
If you're not thinking primarily about how much GILGA can expand in the future, he probably doesn't want you applying to work at Gilga.
