back in 2015, and I wasn’t impressed at all, and I lived in New York for 6 years and I was born and raised in Chicago…
Chicago is a clean city... New York being dirty has always been overrated, because their main problem was more trash related because they have no alleys
But San Fran just felt grimy and I was shocked by the amount of homeless people on the streets…and for how expensive it is to live there? No way.
And then there is this:
“San Francisco's streets are so filthy that at least one infectious disease expert has compared the city to some of the dirtiest slums in the world.”
