finally he learned to not leave ANYTHING in his car.
Then he fried a turkey for thanksgiving and someone stole his fryer while the grease was still hot.
Another friend is a preacher (blessed with free rent) and said the homeless situation was ridiculous and housing prices was creating a whole new generation of working homeless.
but he did say he loved the weather and the city was nice but the crime was high!!
