- majors lawyer filed court documents saying the driver claims major did not strike her or even raise his voice, she attempted to steal his phone, she was hitting and scratching majors, and majors asked the driver to stop the car so he could escape (which he did)

- woman claimed her finger was broke in the alleged attack but there is ample security footage of her partying at a club immediately after the incident and using that hand fine to do various functions, with no visible signs of any other injuries either (tmz has pics)

- majors lawyer says theres body cam footage of the cops coaching the woman to say that majors grabbed her by the throat and she never made that claim before that point
