now its only 4.

makes the timetable tighter to request/receive/send mail ballots (which more dems do). and just generally harder to organize gotv and rally people to get out again just a month later (dems rely more on ground game, phone banks, etc).

we will see how it plays out but repubs did take steps to make runoffs more favorable to them after they lost the last 2 senate runoffs (warnock and ossoff).
